For over 15 years, Me Time have proudly built and led their fitness business — a journey grounded by Caz’s passion, drive, purpose, and people. Along the way, Caz has forged lasting connections, nurtured meaningful relationships, and become deeply rooted in supporting local community. Whether through tailored training programs, collaborative events, or simply showing up with a smile, Caz’s commitment has always extended beyond the gym floor.

“When I first met Caz at Me Time Training, I joked that I was a “three-month trainer” — someone who gives it a shot, loses interest, and drops off after a few months. That was over ten years ago!
Since then, I’ve trained with Caz twice a week, and it’s become a constant in my life. I initially started boxing to improve my fitness in a fun, outdoor environment.
