Me Time Founder Caz Lorenz
Caz Lorenz is a Melbourne-based Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness coach who founded Me Time Training in 2010, a fitness service that emphasized indoor/outdoor personal & group training. Now permanently located in the studio of
Fitness Dimensions, Kew East, with certifications in Fitness (Certificate III & IV), and Professional Certificate in Health & Wellness coaching, Caz blends physical training with a holistic approach to health & wellbeing.
Her journey into fitness was personal—after stepping away from a corporate career and starting a family, she rediscovered her passion for health through community gym circuit training. That spark led her to become a trainer herself, helping others regain confidence, energy, and joy through movement.
Caz is known for her motivating, no-nonsense style and her commitment to creating a supportive, personalized experience for each client. She’s also been involved in community initiatives, including serving as the first female President of the Kew Rovers Football Club.

“Joining Me Time Training with Caz has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. Caz brings an infectious enthusiasm to every session – her energy is uplifting, and her genuine passion for helping others shines through in everything she does.
What sets Caz apart is her pragmatic and thoughtful approach – She takes the time to understand your physical limitations and lifestyle, and then tailors her programs to suit. Caz creates a supportive and empowering environment that makes you feel seen and motivated.
Her small group sessions strike the perfect balance between personal attention and community spirit. You’re never just a number – Caz ensures everyone gets the guidance they need while fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
Personally, I’ve found that incorporating weight training into my routine has made a significant difference in managing the symptoms of perimenopause. With Caz’s guidance, I’ve gained strength, improved my mood, and felt more in control of my body during a time of transition.
If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, adapts to your needs, and makes fitness enjoyable, I can’t recommend Caz and Me Time Training highly enough!”

When I first met Caz at Me Time Training, I joked that I was a “three-month trainer” — someone who gives it a shot, loses interest, and drops off after a few months. That was over ten years ago!
Since then, I’ve trained with Caz twice a week, and it’s become a constant in my life. I initially started boxing to improve my fitness in a fun, outdoor environment. Over time, my training shifted to include strength and cardio as my goals evolved — from wanting to lose weight, to building strength, to boosting overall fitness.
Caz has supported me through every stage, adjusting my program to suit my goals and always encouraging me to keep going. She’s easy-going, has a great sense of humour, and makes training something I genuinely enjoy. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping me stay consistent and achieve results I’m really proud of.
I can honestly say that working with Caz has made fitness a permanent and valued part of my life — and I’d never want to give it up. I highly recommend Caz to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals with the support of a knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and motivating trainer.

“Caz was fantastic at helping me set a goal that I wanted to accomplish during this time in my life.
I found that by writing a vision statement that we were able to regularly circle back to what I actually wanted to get out of the coaching.
After a few sessions, it became apparent that my thinking and perspective had changed towards my goal. It was suddenly not as daunting, and by actioning a few little tasks each week towards my goal, seemed achievable. My confidence and belief in myself had definitely increased by talking through the barriers to attaining my goal with Caz and being guided by her wisdom. Caz & I also talked about my values and that has been something that I think of every day since.
I am truly grateful to Caz for coaching me to realize my goal through her Health & Wellness skills.
