Caz Lorenz is a Melbourne-based Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness coach who founded Me Time Training in 2010, a fitness service that emphasized indoor/outdoor personal & group training. Now permanently located in the studio of
Fitness Dimensions, Kew East, with certifications in Fitness (Certificate III & IV), and Professional Certificate in Health & Wellness coaching, Caz blends physical training with a holistic approach to health & wellbeing.
Her journey into fitness was personal—after stepping away from a corporate career and starting a family, she rediscovered her passion for health through community gym circuit training. That spark led her to become a trainer herself, helping others regain confidence, energy, and joy through movement.
Caz is known for her motivating, no-nonsense style and her commitment to creating a supportive, personalized experience for each client. She’s also been involved in community initiatives, including serving as the first female President of the Kew Rovers Football Club.

I began training with Caz nearly four years ago, shortly after the serious phase of COVID ended. As I approached my late forties, staying strong and healthy became a personal priority. I’ve always been active starting out as a junior netballer in the country and enjoying a long, fulfilling sporting career.
We train together twice a week. Caz knows exactly when to push me and when to be gentle. She understands the ups and downs of hormones, and she always meets me where I am—physically and emotionally. Most importantly, she works with me to achieve my health and fitness goals in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.
While I may no longer play elite sport, my wellbeing remains just as important—as an executive, a leader, a mum, a wife, and someone striving to be the best version of myself. Caz has been, and continues to be, a vital part of that journey.
