What is Health & Wellness Coaching?
A Health & Wellness coach will work with clients to identify areas of change that will lead to improved health, vitality and a great sense of wellbeing. A Coach supports clients making positive choices around their fitness, stress management, nutrition and daily, weekly, monthly goals.
What is the role of the Coach?
The Coach acts as a facilitator and support and helps the client discover their reasons for change, the obstacles that have been stopping them and how to overcome them.
Your coach Caz Lorenz
Caz Lorenz is a Melbourne-based Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness coach who founded Me Time Training in 2010. With certifications in Fitness (Certificate III & IV), and Professional Certificate in Health & Wellness coaching, Caz blends physical training with a holistic approach to health & wellbeing.
Her journey into fitness was personal – after stepping away from a corporate career and starting a family, she rediscovered her passion for health through community gym circuit training. That spark led her to become a trainer herself, helping others regain confidence, energy, and joy through movement.
Caz is known for her motivating, no-nonsense style and her commitment to creating a supportive, personalized experience for each client. She’s also been involved in community initiatives, including serving as the first female President of the Kew Rovers Football Club.
