“I have been training with Caz and her team at Me Time Training for the past 7 years. Originally based at Hays Paddock and in recent years, MCC. Initially when I started with Me Time, I thought it would be a passing fad for me and find myself quitting after a month or two however since working with Caz (Josh & the team) I have found that my personal training is an integral part of my life now and I feel all the better for going. I was interested in boxing to start with and still love to box however over the years my PT sessions have evolved and are constantly updated to include a more round approach to my fitness and strength training.
I train twice a week with Caz and I love her sessions as they are always fast pace, fun and interesting. Caz is not one to roll out the same session each week and therefore the sessions are never boring and nor do I ever dread coming to her sessions, unlike years ago when I trained in a gym. Caz is passionate about fitness, a real motivator and constantly encourages me to push myself. Caz is professional, up to date with her knowledge in fitness, health and wellbeing and she is a wonderful advocate for her business as she truly lives and breathes it.
What I love about training with Caz is she constantly pushes me to be the best I can be, she gives me the confidence to take on anything she throws at me and I always feel motivated to go to my PT sessions. On the odd occasion, I’m not feeling so motivated or low in energy, I know Caz is rearing and ready to go, with her enthusiasm, high energy and her hilarious sense of humour she undoubtedly gets me motivated and by the end of the session, I feel completely energised and confident to take on the day ahead.
As a parent of 3 young girls at Carey, I am able to drop my girls off at school in the morning and head to my training with Caz at 8.15. Over the school holidays I often bring my girls to training and they happily join in the session with me. My 3 girls are very active with their sport on the weekends and during the school holidays it enables my girls to stay fit. They absolutely love coming along to my PT sessions at MCC and in the near future, I would love to see my girls pick up a regular session with Caz or Josh to build on their core strength, fitness and boxing.
MCC is so convenient and the facilities are the perfect setting to run PT and group sessions, whether its outside in the sunshine or indoors when the weather is not so good”
