I train twice a week with Caz and I love her sessions as they are always fast pace, fun and interesting. Caz is not one to roll out the same session each week and therefore the sessions are never boring and nor do I ever dread coming to her sessions, unlike years ago when I trained in a gym. Caz is passionate about fitness, a real motivator and constantly encourages me to push myself. Caz is professional, up to date with her knowledge in fitness, health and wellbeing and she is a wonderful advocate for her business as she truly lives and breathes it.

I have been training with Me Time for four years now and still look forward to every session. Training outdoors with experienced instructors and a great group of like-minded people has not only enhanced my personal fitness, but also my general wellbeing. I love that each session is different, challenging, always fun and training in the fresh air is an added bonus. The location is so convenient, I can drop my kids at school and be at training within minutes

I started off with Caz at me Time Training wanting to achieve greater fitness and stress relief. Not only has the last 8 mths achieved that but so much more. I have far greater energy than I have had for a long time and sleep so much better as well. I love the combination of boxing for upper body strength which I really needed, and the intense cardiovascular workout you get with a training session, and I can't believe how quickly my fitness has dramatically improved.
